1. Technician – Assembly Mechanical

• Education: Diploma
• Experience: 3-5 years in aerospace
• Key Skills Required:
  • Components installation (hydraulic/fuel components, control rods, engine, gear box)
  • Fasteners tightening with torque
  • Assembly locking (locking wire, split pin)
  • Mechanical structural/installation drawings interpretation.

2. Technician – Electric Assembler

• Education: Diploma OR AME
• Experience: 3-5 years in aerospace
• Key Skills Required:
  • Proficient in reading electrical installation drawings
  • Loom harness laying and electrical connections
  • Knowledge of electrical and avionics component installation

3. Manufacturing Engineering – Airframe

• Education: B.E./B.Tech
• Experience: 5-8 years
• Key Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of helicopter systems and assembly
  • Engineering drawings
  • SAP experience
  • Aerospace manufacturing or overhauling preferred

4. Manufacturing Engineering – Special Process

• Education: B.E./B.Tech
• Experience: 5-8 years
• Key Skills Required:
  • Aircraft materials expertise
  • Assembly, painting, drilling, riveting techniques
  • Repair processes for metallic and composite structures

5. Technician – Painter

• Education: Diploma
• Key Skills Required:
  • Aircraft surface preparation (sanding and priming)
  • Paint tools usage
  • Engineering documents interpretation
