OREDA Recruitment Qualification 2025
For Technician Posts:
- ITI Certificate in Relevant Trade (Fitter/Electrician/Welder)
- Minimum 60% Marks Required
- 2 Years Experience Preferred
For Junior Assistant:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream
- Computer Typing Speed: 30 WPM in English
- Odia Language Reading/Writing Knowledge
