🎓 Qualification (Shiksha) Aur Posts

**Diploma/B.Sc. Level Posts** (Trainee Gr-II)
- **Loco Driver, Technician (Instt/Mech/Elect/Civil):** 3 Saal ka Regular Diploma (Relevant Trade) + 50% Marks.
- **Chemist Trainee:** 3 Saal ka B.Sc. Degree (Chemistry subject ke saath).
- **Operator Trainee:** 3 Saal ka Diploma (Chemical Engg) + 50% OR B.Sc. (PCM) + 40%.
**ITI Level Posts** (Trainee Gr-III)
- **Fitter, AC Mechanic, Welder, Machinist, Diesel Mechanic:** HSLC Pass + ITI (Relevant Trade) NCVT/SCVT se.
**Boiler Attendant Gr-II:**
HSLC/ITI + 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate + Minimum **5 saal ka** relevant experience.

💰 Salary (Stipend Aur Pay Scale)
Training period (1 saal) ke dauraan stipend milega, aur successful completion ke baad regular pay scale mein absorption hoga.
**Group-II Trainees (Diploma/B.Sc. Posts):**
- **Stipend:** Approx. ₹ 7,462/- + DA per month (75% of Basic + DA).
- **Absorption Pay Scale:** Rs. 9,950-3%-22,350/- + Allowances.
**Group-III Trainees (ITI Posts):**
- **Stipend:** Approx. ₹ 7,087/- + DA per month (75% of Basic + DA).
- **Absorption Pay Scale:** Rs. 9,450-3%-19,450/- + Allowances.
Note: Absorption ke baad allowances (DA, HRA, etc.) extra milenge. Training ke baad 3 saal ka Service Agreement Bond bharna hoga (General/OBC/EWS ke liye ₹1,00,000/- aur SC/ST ke liye ₹25,000/-).
📝 Selection Process (Chayan Prakriya)
**Step 1: Online Computer Based Test (CBT)**
- Total 100 Questions, 100 Marks.
- Duration: 2.5 Hours.
- **No Negative Marking!**
- Sections: General English (20), General Knowledge (20), Reasoning (20), Subject Knowledge (40).
**Step 2: Skill/Proficiency Test (Only for ITI Posts)**
- Technician Trainee Gr-III posts ke liye yeh test **Qualifying Nature** ka hoga.
- Candidates ko 1:5 ratio mein shortlist kiya jayega.
**Step 3: Document Verification & Medical Test**
Final Merit List CBT marks ke basis par banegi. Shortlisted candidates ka Document Verification aur Pre-Employment Medical Test hoga.
